Aromas of vibrant stone fruit, paw paw and hints of musk on the nose. The palate is lead by tropical fruit and ripe apricots with a rich mouth feel that is balanced by clean, fresh acidity. Enjoy this wine with fresh Tasmanian fruit while the wine is young. This wine does have some short term cellaring potential for up to five years.
