A classic Pinot from Frogmore Creek with a bouquet of fresh cherries, red plums and hints of vanillin spice. The palate is textured with grip, persistence and great length. A wine that can be put in the cellar for 5 years to develop secondary pinot characteristics of barnyard and game. Matches well with tender grilled lamb cutlets.
