The plate is balanced and well structured with plenty of fruit balanced by cool climate white pepper spice. An extraordinary wine from Tasmania. This wine is drinking well now but up to five years careful cellaring will help develop mellow secondary characters. Match this wine with roast pork with pear chutney and roasted parsnip.
