A great cool climate chardonnay with a vibrant nose of stone fruit and subtle vanilla notes. The palate is full, yet balanced with cool climate acidity. A lovely texture and palate weight matches well with shellfish and white meats. This wine has some cellaring potential for up to five years. Toasty, nutty characteristics are expected as this wine reaches its potential.
