Nose: The nose is showing an array of rose petal, spice and tropical fruits including paw paw and guava.
Palate: This is quite a big wine with mouthfilling flavours of tropical fruits and spices. The fruit weight gives it excellent mouthfeel while the finish shows firm tannins and soft acidity.
Cellaring & Serving Suggestions: This is a style that is ready to drink now or over the next 18 months. The full fruit flavours allow it to match with a wide range of spicy foods. Try it with a Thai style chicken or seafood dish or a Chinese pork stirfry.
