The bouquet consists of fresh, stone fruit and ripe lemons. Flavours of ripe apricot, zesty lemons and hints of grapefruit make up the generous palate. The palate weight and acidic balance are excellent. This wine should be enjoyed from now until 2011 and a good food match is a Seafood Risotto.

The estate includes a 61 hectare (150 acre) vineyard and newly completed state of the art winery, producing elegant wines from premium cool climate fruit. Varieties grown include Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewurtz Traminer and Pinot Noir. We also make a premium sparkling wine and Botrytis Riesling, which make for an expansive and exciting portfolio.
