Fine floral aromas and citrus zest on the bouquet are complimented on the palate with added complexity of minerality and zippy, cool climate acidity. This wine has short term cellaring potential and should develop honey, toasty characteristics with time in the bottle. Although this wine can be carefully cellared for up to six years, it is still a great aromatic wine to drink young.

|---|---|
| Vineyard_Info | The vineyards are situated across the north coast of Tasmania, on the western banks of the scenic Tamar River slightly north of Launceston, as well as within the Pipers Brook and Pipers River regions. Climatically each vineyard site is different from the next. Its the subtle differences in climatic conditions between sites and between vines that becomes part of the complex answer to the production of cool climate wines of the highest quality aimed for.
